Gouw Quality Onions Ltd. is a vegetable production farm specializing
in the growing, harvesting, packaging and shipping of yellow
onions. The company was formed and incorporated in 1987 with
the main storage plant being located in the industrial park
of the town of Taber in Southern Alberta. The business developed
as a result of Casey Gouw's involvement in vegetable and grain
production for an excess of 35 years.
Gouw Quality Onions Ltd. has experienced a constant growth,
in sales of Alberta grown yellow onions. With the knowledge
and handling facilities in place for onions the sales of imported
onions is also a strong attraction and natural combination.
We currently farm 1800 acres, growing grains and yellow onions
with onion storage, packaging, and distribution facilities consisting
of 80,000 sq ft located within 5 miles of Taber.
